ICT Apprenticeships
We train you to become a certified Mediamatics Specialist (EFZ) or IT Specialist (EFZ). During your apprenticeship, you will work on exciting and relevant projects. You take responsibility for each project, implement client requirements, and document each step – while we support and coach you throughout the process. As part of the EAER Training Network, your apprenticeship also takes place at various locations.

IT apprentices in the federal administration design, develop, install, and operate IT systems that are essential for efficient administration and the smooth running of government processes – from secure networks to data-driven applications and complex administrative platforms.
